Our 30-Day Guarantee 🛡️ You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. At AuraCar x KeyHide, we stand behind the quality of our driver gear.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- AuraCar™ Electronics: Unused, with all wiring intact, and in the original packaging.
- KeyHide™ Leather: Unworn, unused, and in its original protective box.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@keyhideuk.com. Please note: Do not send items back without first requesting a return. Once your request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package to our UK fulfilment centre.
Damages and Issues ⚠️ Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item (e.g., the wrong LED colour), contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-engraved leather goods or special orders. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials (such as flammable liquids). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union & UK 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
Refunds 💳 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
